We at VoraciousVending Solutions take careful consideration into tailoring the products we use for your organization. You have a voice and we're listening, that's also why we provide a suggestion box for our customers.
How often do you do maintence and restock?
Our goal at VoraciousVending is to service our machines once a week to ensure freshness, operability, and convenience. If we notice that sales are moving faster than expected, we will service as needed.
How are refunds handled?
In the case that a refund for our customers is needed, we suggest that the organization where the vending machine is located refund the customer directly and keep a log of any refunds to then be reimbursed by VoraciousVending. Additionally, if your organization refuses to reimburse the customer then a guide will be posted on the machine informing the customer on how to recieve their refund.
